Well I finished this, after all that has been happening. As *adonihs requested, a Junkers Stuka vs P-51's painting.


Painter 8 and Photoshop CS, wacom 8x6 plenty of study photos for historical accuracy and realism. Maybe 3 days or so of actually sitting down and working on this. There is a lot of detail thats being hindered by the showable size but what can one do? :(

**Update** fixed the broken glass and skyline

This turned out better than I imagined. The details are terrific I love the way the bullet holes look on the plane. The sky is gorgeous, full of texture and the tones are beautiful. The light on the plane in front is great how the sun makes it seem to glow red in the back. Very realistic work here.

Awesome mood you created in this. Really like the strong colors you used. The movement you have created in this is great. Your planes are always well done :handshake: One crit though. The sky up top, I would of used a bluish color. The light pink kind of looks flat and takes away from the vividness of the image. Other than that a great piece. Really like the colors you used in the clouds below. It has nice complements in it. Keep it up.

Now that you bring it up, yea the pink is a bit bland... White with a bit of blue odd to fix it, thanks for the critique. :D
