Painter 8 and Photoshop CS with my tablet.
Took a few weeks at 9000x6000. I put more effort in this one, trying new techniques and ideas ending up with this final result. And I invite you to check out *adonihs 's gallery, he helped me a good deal on this painting so if you like this then you'll like his stuff as well. *update*, I submitted a "beta" image by mistake. it's fixed now  Close up [link]  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. The work on the clouds just blew me away, so much texture to them. The light at the top of the piece is lovely , it adds a nice place for the eye to wonder off to. I cannot say enough about this piece, I watched it transform from little more than a few splotches of color to this wonderful painting.
