Painter 8 and Photoshop CS with my tablet.
Took a few weeks at 9000x6000. I put more effort in this one, trying new techniques and ideas ending up with this final result.
And I invite you to check out *adonihs 's gallery, he helped me a good deal on this painting so if you like this then you'll like his stuff as well.
*update*, I submitted a "beta" image by mistake. it's fixed now

The work on the clouds just blew me away, so much texture to them. The light at the top of the piece is lovely , it adds a nice place for the eye to wonder off to. I cannot say enough about this piece, I watched it transform from little more than a few splotches of color to this wonderful painting.
